Join the Movement

This is more than an internship. This is a call to build culturally-rooted healing in our communities

We Are Not Building a Traditional Internship

We are building a culturally rooted movement grounded in healing, identity, and legacy.

At Osun Family Healing Services, we train and develop leaders across three levels of impact:

Micro Level - Direct Healing Work

Engage in hands-on experiences that support emotional and mental welllness.

  • Individual and family healing sessions

  • Group facilitation support

  • Client engagement and observation

  • Trauma-informed and culturally rooted practices

Mezzo Level - Community & Program Development

Help design and lead programs that serve our community directly.

  • Daughterhood Rite of Passage program development

  • Group healing experiences and circles

  • Community workshops and school-based programming

  • Curriculum building rooted in African-centered frameworks

Macro Level - Advocacy & Systems Change

Step into leadership that extends beyond the room and into the community.

  • Exposure to community partnerships and collaborations

  • Participation in outreach and community engagement

  • Understanding systemic barriers impacting Black families

  • Opportunities to contribute to long-term vision, strategy, and expansion

This Is Not Just an Internship

This is not just about gaining hours or experience.

This is about:

  • Restoring identity

  • Building community

  • Creating legacy

We are building something that does not yet fully exist-and we are looking for those called to help build it.
